The Two Types of Aluminized Steel:
Type 1:
- Aluminium-Silicon Alloy Coating with 5% to 11% Silicon
- Very high heat & corrosion resistance even at high temperature
- Applications like mufflers, furnaces, oven, baking pans, fire-place, etc.
Type 2:
- Pure Aluminium Coating
- Very high corrosion resistance against atmosphere
- Applications like roofing, air-conditioner housings, bins, drying ovens, etc.
