We are providing galvanized steel coils which are manufactured using the best grades of galvanized steel, which is acquired via the process of galvanization. Herein, steel and iron are coated with one zinc layer via immersion into a bath of molten zinc at 449 degree Celsius. Upon exposure to atmosphere, the pure zinc present in the galvanized steel reacts with oxygen for creating zinc oxide, which then undergoes a reaction with carbon dioxide for creating zinc carbonate, a usually dull grey.

Galvanized steel coils are widely demanded as galvanized steel is quite strong and discards corrosion of base material in various conditions. Hence it is used in applications where corrosion resistance is important.

We are making these products as they act as a barrier amid the atmosphere and steel. Even through galvanic corrosion, zinc present on the coil's surface will continue to safeguard it.
